Reminder; Last day to clinch 52.63% dividend of Swabalamban Laghubitta

Today is the last day to get hold of 42% bonus share and 10.63 percent cash dividend of Swabalamban Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited (SWBBL) for the fiscal year 2071/72. The book closure date for the bonus share has been set on Poush 3, 2072. Only those shareholders owning shares till today (Poush 2) will be entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders will be closed from Poush 5 to till Poush 24, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming (AGM). At present SWBBL has a paid up capital of Rs 21.98 crore. After the issuance of 42% bonus shares, its paid up capital will rise to Rs 31.21crore. Swabalamban Laghubitta had earned net profit of Rs. 7.21 crore in its first quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73.
