Reminder; Last day to clinch 33.33% bonus share of Standard Chartered Bank

Today is the last day to get hold of 33.33 percent bonus share of Standard Chartered Bank Limited (SCB). Only the shares registered one day ahead of the book closure date i.e. today (Mangsir 21, 2073) will be eligible for the bonus share. The register of shareholders will remain closed from tomorrow to Mangsir 30, 2073 for the purpose of AGM. SCB has earned net profit of Rs 34.94 crore in the first quarter of the fiscal year 2073/74 as per unaudited report. Its paid up capital remains at Rs 2.81arba. After distribution of 33.33% bonus share, its paid up capital will rise to Rs 3.75 arba.
