Reminder; Last day to clinch 25% stock dividend of Nepal Bangladesh Bank

Today is the last day for the investors to get hold of the 25% percent bonus share pledged by Nepal Bangladesh Bank Limited (NBB) for the fiscal year 2071/72. Only those shareholders owning shares till Kartik 19 will be entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Kartik 20, 2072 till Mangsir 9, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming (AGM). Nepal Bangladesh Bank Limited (NBB) will be convening its 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 9, 2072 at 11:00 AM. At present NBB has a paid up capital of Rs2.43 arba. After the issuance of 25 percent bonus share its paid up capital will reach to Rs 3.03 arba. Nepal Bangladesh Bank had earned net profit of Rs.79.27 crore in its fourth quarter of the last fiscal year 2071/72.
