Reminder; Last day to clinch 24% bonus share of Pacific Development Bank

Today is the last day to get hold of 24% bonus share of Pacific Development Bank Limited (PADBL) for the fiscal year 2071/72. The book closure date for the bonus share has been set on Mangsir 7, 2072. Only those shareholders owning shares till today (Mangsir 6) will be entitled to the bonus share of the company. The register of their shareholders will be closed from Mangsir 7, 2072 till Mangsir 19, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming (AGM). Pacific Development Bank had earned net profit of Rs. 2.65 in its fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2071/72.
