Reminder; Last day to clinch 18% and 17.11% stock dividend of Prime Commercial Bank & NLG Insurance respectively

Today is the last day to get hold of 18% bonus share of Prime Commercial Bank Limited (PCBL) for the fiscal year 2071/72. Only those shareholders owning shares till today, Poush 14 will be entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Poush 15 to till Poush 29, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming AGM. PCBL had earned net profit of Rs. 22.05 crore in the first quarter of current fiscal year 2072/73 unaudited report. It’s paid up capital remains at Rs.3.14 arba. After distributing 18 percent bonus share it’s paid up capital will rise to Rs. 3. 70 arba. Also, today is the last day for the investors to get hold of the 17.11% percent bonus share of NLG Insurance Company Limited (NLG). Only those shareholders owning shares till today will be entitled to the bonus share of the company. The register of their shareholders will be closed from Poush 16, 2072 till Poush 30, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming (AGM). NLG Insurance has earned a net profit of Rs 3.12 crore for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73.
