Reminder: "10.25% Nepal SBI Bank Debenture 2083" Closing Today

Nepal SBI Bank Limited is closing the public issue of "10.25% Nepal SBI Bank Debenture 2083" today. The issue opened on 22nd Ashad and was supposed to close on 27th Ashad. Since the issue wasn't subscribed fully by then, the deadline was extended till today, i.e. 4th Shrawan, 2079.

30,00,000 units have been issued at a par value of Rs.1000 per unit. 40% i.e. 12 lakh units worth Rs. 1.20 Arba is issued for the general public. Meanwhile, 60% i.e. 18 lakh units will be subscribed via private placement.

Investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units to a maximum of 12 lakh units till the end of banking hours today. Sanima Capital has been appointed the issue manager.

As the name suggests, "10.25% Nepal SBI Bank Debenture 2083" has a maturity period of 5 years and will yield 10.25% annual returns to unitholders.
