Religious Ceremony and Financial Disclosure: Bandipur CableCar's Dual Initiative

On Maha Shivratri, Bandipur CableCar and Tourism organized a religious ceremony, consecrating the idol of Lord Shiva at Bandipur's Bottom Station. The event included devotional songs and Shiva chants, creating a festive ambiance for both devotees and locals. Beyond its religious essence, the occasion aimed to foster unity, harmony, and shared spirituality among diverse communities.

Concurrently, the company unveiled its financial strategies, earmarking NPR 2 Arba 55 crore with an expected 12% return. It plans to issue 30 lakh 60 thousand shares at NPR 100 each, the company has allocated to local investors, Non-Resident Nepalis, collective investment funds, and company employees. The remaining shares will be open for public purchase, targeting a fundraising goal of NPR 30 crore 60 lakh through the Initial Public Offering (IPO), as per the company secretary.

This endeavor transcends religious boundaries, catalyzing community cohesion and shared spiritual experiences. The company envisions attracting individuals from diverse backgrounds, transforming the event into a celebration of diversity. The IPO, backed by NPR 2 Arba 55 crore, aims for a wide investor base, encompassing locals, non-resident Nepalis, collective investment funds, and company employees, ensuring broad public participation.

The company has achieved 90% completion in the project's construction, recognized as a significant initiative in South Asia due to its unique nature. The estimated project cost is NPR 3 Arba 58 crore, supported in part by a bank loan of NPR 1 Arba 3 crore, as conveyed by the company's Financial Director, Shiva Prasad Sharma.
