Citizens Bank International Ltd. mourns the untimely demise of board member Ila Sharma, who passed away at the age of 60 due to a heart attack on 2082/03/28 during treatment at Norvic Hospital.

Sharma, a former Election Commissioner and legal expert with over 35 years of experience, had been serving on the bank's committee for the past year. Her funeral was held at Aryaghat, attended by senior bank officials, staff, and shareholders. The bank expressed deep sorrow, calling her loss an irreparable one.
