RBB Merchant Bank appoints new CEO; services extended to all 79 districts

RBB Merchant Banking, the subsidiary company of Rastriya Banijya Bank (RBB) has appointed Dr. Ramesh Kumar Bhandari as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) effective from Poush 2, 2074. Dr. Bhandari who had his PHD in the field of capital market investment and risk management, has been appointed in the post for 4 years. He had previously served as the consultant at the Public Private Project of National Planning Commission (NPC) and as the Assistant Managing Director at Growmore Capital Market Limited. RBB Merchant Banking started its operation from Shrawan 29, 2074 and has a paid up capital of 10 crore. The services of RBB Merchant Banking can now be availed from all 179 branch offices of Rastriya Banijya Bank located in all 79 districts of the country.
