Rastriya Beema Company earns Rs 13.52 crore in Q2; Reserve fund rises to Rs 1.80 arba from Rs 1.45 arba

Rastriiya Beema Company Limited (RBCL) net profit has dropped by 45.52% for the second quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73. According to the unaudited report for the first quarter published today, the insurance company reported a net profit of Rs. 13.52 crore in the Q2 of current fiscal year, decreasing from Rs.24.83 crore in the corresponding period last year. The company’s net earnings from premiums has risen to Rs.19.84 crore from Rs.17.09 crore. RBCL has a paid up capital of Rs 12.44 crore. The reserve fund of the company increased to Rs.1.80 arba in Q2 up from Rs. 1.45 arba in the corresponding quarter previous fiscal year. Likewise, the company’s insurance fund increased to Rs.94.40 crore from Rs. 59.83 crore.
