Radhi Bidyut Company to distribute cash dividend and bonus shares directly to the account of shareholders from Shrawan 18; urges shareholders to dematerialize their shares

Radhi Bidyut Company Limited (RADHI) has published a notice regarding the distribution of bonus shares and cash dividend for its shareholders.

The hydropower company had announced 5% bonus shares and 5% cash dividend (including tax) from the net profit of FY 2074/75 which will be deposited in the respective demat and bank accounts of the shareholders from 18^th Shrawan, 2076, in chronological order.

RADHI has urged the remaining shareholders to get their shares dematerialized by contacting with its share registrar.
