Radhi Bidyut Company proposes distribution of 10% dividend for shareholders: 5% bonus shares and 5% cash dividend

As per the decision of the BOD meeting held on 27th Jestha, 2076 of Radhi Bidyut Company Limited (RADHI), the hydropower company will be distributing 5% bonus shares and 5% cash dividend (including tax) out of the profits of FY 74/75 for the shareholders.
This decision is subject to approval from the upcoming AGM of the company.
