Radhi Bidyut Company Calls AGM on Shrawan 30 With These Agendas

Radhi Vidyut Company Limited (RADHI) has called its AGM on Shrawan 30. The meeting will be held in the company's head office located at Tripureshwor, Kathmandu, via ZOOM Meeting starting at 11:30 am that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:
1) Endorse the annual report and financial reports of FY 2077/78.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PNL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) To appoint an auditor for FY 2078/79 and determine the remuneration.

Radhi Bidyut Company Ltd is a public company incorporated on 05 Jestha, 2062 (May 19, 2005) as per prevalent Acts of Nepal, with the objective to develop and invest in hydropower projects. It has currently developed a 4.4 MW Radhi Small Hydropower Project in Lamjung district and owns the project license.
