Public Issue of "10.25% Nepal SBI Bank Debenture 2083" Open From Today

Nepal SBI Bank Limited is opening the issue of "10.25% Nepal SBI Bank Debenture 2083" from today, i.e. 22nd Ashar, 2079. The issue will close on Ashar 26. If not fully subscribed by the early closing date, the issue can be extended till Shrawan 04.

30,00,000 units are issued at a par value of Rs.1000 per unit. 40% i.e. 12 lakh units worth Rs. 1.20 Arba have been issued for the general public. Meanwhile, 60% i.e. 18 lakh units will be subscribed via private placement.

Investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units to a maximum of 12 lakh units. Sanima Capital has been appointed the issue manager. As the name suggests, "10.25% Nepal SBI Bank Debenture 2083" has a maturity period of 5 years and will yield 10.25% annual returns to unitholders.
