Public issue for "8.5% BOK Debenture 2086" to open on Mangsir 24: 6.4 lakh units from the total 16 lakh to the public

Bank of Kathmandu Limited has published an offer letter to issue 16,00,000 units worth of "8.5% BOK Debenture 2086". The issue will open on Mangsir 24. If fully subscribed, the issue will close on Mangsir 28. Otherwise, the closing date can be extended to Poush 08.

The par value of the debenture is Rs.1000 per unit. From the total 16 lakh units of "8.5% BOK Debenture 2086," 6.4 lakh units will be opened to the public. This includes the 32,000 units (5% of issue) allocated for mutual funds. The remaining 9.6 lakh units will be subscribed via private placement.

The minimum quantity should be 25 units while applying. Meanwhile, an entity can apply for a maximum of three lakh units.
