Prudential Insurance convenes its 20th AGM; endorses 7.368% dividend for its shareholders
Prudential Insurance has convened its 20th AGM for the FY 2077-78 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Bishal Agrawal on Baisakh 11, 2079.
Apart from regular financial reports, The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 7% bonus shares and 0.368% cash dividend for taxation purposes to its shareholders following which the paid-up value of the company will scale up to Rs 1.18 arba, as per the media statement.
