Promoter Shares of Two Companies in Auction From Today
The existing promoters of IGI Prudential Insurance Limited (IGI) are selling 94,797 units of promoter shares in an auction to the general public from 18th Chaitra to 25th Chaitra, 2082.
The existing promoters, the general public, and institutions are all eligible to bid for the auction. Rs. 240 is the minimum bid rate for the auction. All bidders can bid for the entirety of the issue, they are required to abide by Nepal Rastra Bank's rule to not exceed the specified quantity of shares per entity.
Reliable Investment and Merchant Capital Limited has been appointed as the auction manager.
The existing promoters of SuryaJyoti Life Insurance Company Limited (SJLIC) are selling 5,00,000 units of promoter shares in an auction to the general public from 18th Chaitra to 25th Chaitra, 2082.
The existing promoters, the general public, and institutions are all eligible to bid for the auction. Rs. 240 is the minimum bid rate for the auction. Although bidders can bid for the entirety of the issue, they are required to abide by Nepal Rastra Bank's rule to not exceed the specified quantity of shares per entity.
