Progressive Finance 19th AGM on Ashad 3; to endorse acquisition with World Merchant Banking & Finance

Progressive Finance Limited (PROFL) will be convening its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashad 3, 2073. The AGM will be held at Royal Banquet and Restaurant, Tinkune, Koteswor, Kathmandu at 3:00 PM.
Main agendas of the AGM are:
- To change the share structure and amend the article of association accordingly.
- To endorse acquisition process with World Merchant Banking and Finance Limited.
- To amend article of association and memorandum of association for changing the BOD structure.
- To appoint auditor to do Due Diligence Audit for the purpose of acquisition process.
- To endorse memorandum of understanding (MOU) for the acquisition process
