Prime Life Insurance urges shareholders to update demat accounts; 12.5% bonus already distributed

Prime Life Insurance Company (PLIC) has distributed its 12.5% bonus shares directly to Demat accounts of its shareholders.
Nabil Investment Banking is the share registrar of the company.
Therefore, the company has published a notice urging its shareholders to update their demat accounts to receive bonus shares of they haven't received it yet. Shareholders who haven't dematerialized their shares yet are also requested to open a demat account and update it soon.
