Price of Gold Reaches Rs 102,900 After Nine Months, Gains Rs 300 Per Tola in Domestic Market Today; Silver Down By Rs. 10
After nine months, the price of gold has risen to Rs. 102,900 per tola. Today, it increased by Rs. 300 in the Nepalese market.
According to the official website of the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, fine gold is being traded today at Rs. 102,900 per tola, whereas Tejabi gold is being traded at Rs. 102,400 per tola. The all-time high of fine gold was last created on 2020-03-09 with a market price of Rs. 1,05,500 per tola. Yesterday, the rate of fine gold was maintained at Rs 102,600, and the price of Tejabi gold stood at Rs 102,100 per tola. The price of gold has increased by Rs. 1,800 per tola over a week (last Wednesday).
On the sideline, silver has lost Rs. 10 per tola. The lustrous white metal is being traded in the local market today at Rs. 1,400 per tola, compared to yesterday's closing rate of Rs. 1,410 per tola.
Silver and gold prices have gradually risen in domestic and international markets. The current rate of gold in the international market has reached USD $1,848 while silver is being traded at $24.07 per ounce.
