Premium price of Nepal Life Insurance FPO might change: SEBON

Securities Board  of Nepal will soon be bringing policies regarding uniformity in the FPO premium price. The companies will have to fix  FPO price on the basis of the regulation brought by SEBON.  SEBON has informed its investor that there the premium price of the FPO of Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited might change. For the benefit of shareholders, trading of Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited has  been resumed in Nepal Stock Exchange from today (Ashad 16, 2016), as SEBON needs some time to prepare the policies. The trading of Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited (NLIC) was halted in Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) from June 12, 2016 to carry out investigation on the FPO issue of the insurance company.
