Premier Insurance refunding money to non-allottee investors from today

Premier Insurance Company Limited (PIC) has started refunding excess money collected from investors for its 1:1.15 right shares from today (Ashad 9).

Premier Insurance had offered 13, 48,951 unit right shares at the ratio of 1:1.15.

The insurance company has urged non-allottee investors to contact collection centers from where they had applied for the right shares to collect their refund money. The non-allotees have to bring their receipt with a copy of citizenship and their Application form slip.

Laxmi Capital Market Limited is the issue manager for this right issue.

The company hopes to raise its authorized capital to Rs 75 crore and paid-up to Rs 50 crore through the right issue.
