Premier Insurance Company (PIC) Proposes 15% Dividend for FY 2077/78

Premier Insurance Company Limited (PIC) has proposed a 15% dividend for FY 2077/78.

As per the notice published in NEPSE, the company has proposed 7.5% bonus shares and 7.5% cash dividend. The bonus shares are worth slightly over Rs. 8.05 crores and the cash dividend is also worth the same amount.

The decision taken by the 300th BOD meeting of the company is subject to approval from Beema Samiti and the upcoming AGM of the company. PIC closed at Rs. 1,045.70 on the last trading day last week.
