Premier Insurance cancels auction of 50,000 promoter shares of CIT; Decision made on Falgun 08

Premier Insurance Company Limited (PIC) was selling 50,000 promoter shares of Citizen Investment Trust (CIT) held by the company via auction. Global IME Capital has been appointed as the issue manager.
According to a notice published today, the Board meeting held on Falgun 08, 2076 has decided to cancel the bid applications received for the auction.
