Premier Insurance re-auctioning 50,000 units of its CIT shares
Premier Insurance Company (Nepal) Limited is re-auctioning its 50,000 units Promoter shares of Citizen Investment Trust from 28th Bhadra to 4th Ashwin, 2077.
Only banks, financial institutions, and insurance companies are eligible to bid for the auction.
Rs. 2,300 has been set as the minimum bid price. Bidders can bid for a minimum of 100 shares and a maximum of the entire 50,000 shares. Any quantity in between should be divisible by 10.
Bidders who are selected are entitled to apply for the right shares of Citizen Investment Trust approved by the General Meeting on Ashad 20.
Meanwhile, Nabil Investment Banking Limited has been appointed the auction manager. Premier Insurance Company (Nepal) Limited had auctioned 50,000 units promoter shares of Citizen Investment Trust previously as well, which could not be completed.
