Preliminary Cutoff Price for 2.11 lakh units ordinary shares of Sanima Bank stood at Rs 410.05

Sanima Bank Limited (SANIMA) had auctioned 2,11,047 units ordinary shares from Asadh 15 to Asadh 22, 2074. The bids were opened last Friday at CBIL Capital Limited, Dillibazar, Kathmandu. As per an official of CBIL Capital, bidders who had bid minimum price of Rs 410.05 and above were allotted the shares. Only 140 applicants out of 2,092 bidders were allotted the shares. Mr. Tulsiram Dhakal, a BOD member of Chilime Hydropower Company from public shareholders group had bid for 50,000 shares at Rs 420.10. Rs 445 per share was the highest price received for the shares. CBIL Capital will be refunding the money to non-allottees 3 days after the cutoff price is endorsed by the bank's BOD. SANIMA has earned net profit of Rs 97.29 crore till third quarter of FY 2073/74. Its LTP stood at Rs 436 as of today (July 9, 2017).
