Preliminary Cut off price for 6.38 lakh unit auctioned ordinary shares of Sunrise Bank stood at Rs 282.10; promoter cut off at Rs 181

Sunrise Bank Limited (SRBL) had ­auctioned its 6,38,131 units ordinary shares and 72,612 units promoter shares from Ashwin 8, 2074 till Ashwin 22, 2074. The preliminary cut off price for its 6,38,131 units ordinary shares stood at Rs 282.10. Likewise for 72,612 units promoter shares the cut off price was set at Rs 181. 62 applicants had applied for the auction of promoter shares and only 4 applicants grabbed the shares. SRBL has earned Rs 1.18 arba net profit in the fourth quarter in the fiscal year 2073/74. Its last traded price stood at Rs 315 as on October 9 , 2017.
