Pragyan Securities opens RWS branch in Biratnagar

Pragyan Securities Pvt. Ltd. (Broker No. 10) has brought its newly opened Remote Work Station (RWS) into operation from today (Chaitra 27, 2073).
The branch office in Biratnagar will provide various services like opening demat accounts and dematerialization of shares in addition to regular trading. Apart from Pragyan Securities, there are three other brokers in Biratnagar that are under operation: Agrawal Securities (Broker #6), Nepal Investment & Securities Trading (Broker #19) and Crystal Kanchenjungha Securities (Broker #50).
Earlier in March, NEPSE had directed its brokers to get their expanded branches outside Kathmandu operational within Baisakh 15, 2074. It had also said that if the brokers are unable get their RWS operational by Baisakh 15, NEPSE will provide the opportunity to other brokerage companies.
