Prabhu Life Insurance opens Birgunj branch
Prabhu Life Insurance Limited has started its Birgunj operation from its newly opened Birgunj branch from Poush 20, 2074.
Issuing the press statement, the chairman of the company was quoted saying that the insurance company will soon extend its services through other branches. He further informed that the company will bring insurance policies that would suit the needs of even the rural farmers and small business people.
The insurance company is soon slated to issue its public shares worth of Rs 60 crore to increase its paid-up capital to Rs. 2 arba including its current promoter’s shares of Rs 1.4 arba.
