Prabhu Insurance allots 30.29 lakh unit right shares; Unsold 1.37 lakh unit to be sold via auction soon

Prabhu Insurance Limited has allotted its 46% right shares to the valid applicants.
The insurance company allotted 30,29,661 unit shares to 7,736 valid applicants.
The company had issued 31,66,677.63 unit shares. Remaining 1,37,016.63 units will be sold via auction in the near future.
After the adjustment of the 46% right shares, the paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 1.005 arba.
