Pokhara Finance announces 8.26% bonus shares after 15% right shares adjustment, paid up to reach Rs 81.63 crore

Pokhara Finance Limited (PFL) has announced dividend to its shareholders. As per the notice published in NEPSE today, the board meeting of the finance company held on Poush 20, 2074 has announce to distribute 8.26% bonus shares (for 15% right shares as well) and 0.5% cash dividend (for tax) from the net profit of FY 2073/74. The decision is subjected to the approval from the concerned authority and upcoming AGM. Its paid up capital will reach to Rs 81.63 crore from Rs 75.41 crore (including 15% right shares). It had earned Rs 8.77 crore in the FY 2073/74. Its LTP stood at Rs 182 as of last trading day.
