Pokhara Finance announces 13.50% stock dividend; Paid up capital to reach  Rs 55.49 crore

Pokhara Finance Company Limited (PFL) has decided to distribute 13.50 percent bonus share and 0.71 percent cash dividend for tax purpose to its shareholders. The BOD meeting held on Shrawan 20, 2073 has proposed 13.50 percent bonus share to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2072/73. The decision is subjected to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the finance company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Last year, PFL had distributed 48.50% bonus share to its shareholders from the profit it made in 2071/72 FY. Pokhara Finance has earned net profit of Rs 8.7 crore in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73 as per unaudited report. It’s paid up capital stands at 49.11 crore and after the issuance of 13.50% bonus share the paid up capital will rise to Rs 55.49 crore.
