Pokhara Finance announced massive 48.50% stock dividend; LTP stood at Rs 408

Pokhara Finance Company Limited (PFL) has decided to distribute 48.50 percent bonus share and 2.5 percent cash dividend for tax purpose to its shareholders from the net profit of the fiscal year 2071/72. The decision has already got the approval from Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB). The Finance has out run all other development banks and financial institutions of Pokhara in terms of earning profit. The proposed dividend will be distributed after the PFL upcoming 19th AGM said the CEO of the finance, Raj Kumar Gurung. After the issuance of bonus share the company’s paid up capital will stand at Rs 49.11 crore. The finance company has mobilized Rs 2.30 arba in deposits and has earned net profit of Rs 15.63 crore in the fourth quarter of the last fiscal year 2071/72.
