Oriental Hotels cancels its share auction due to bonus issues

Oriental Hotels Limited has cancelled its auction of 20,949.5 units’ shares. Earlier the hotel had published a public notice mentioning the   auction date starting from 2072/5/28. The hotel had auctioned 19,045 unit seized ordinary shares and 1904.5 units of bonus share of seized ordinary shares. According to Bijaya Lal Shrestha of NCM Merchant banking Ltd, ‘The auction has been cancelled due to the issues of bonus shares of   forfeited shares.’ Only a couple of applicants have applied for the shares. Applicants will get back their money by today. The auction will reopen as soon as the bonus issue of forfeit share is resolved. NCM Merchant Banking Ltd is the issue manager of Oriental Hotels Ltd.
