Oriental Hotel to auction 20949.50 units ordinary shares; LTP stood at Rs 620

Oriental Hotel Limited (OHL) is auctioning its ordinary shares to the general public from today, Bhadra 28, 2072. As per Bijaya Lal Shrestha, CEO of NCM merchant Banking ltd, OHL will be selling 20949.50 units of ordinary share through auction. The hotel is auctioning the 19,045 unit seized ordinary shares and 1904.5 units of bonus share of seized ordinary shares. The auction starts from today, Bhadra 28, 2072 and will last till Ashwin 3, 2072. Bidders must quote a minimum price of Rs 100 per unit, which means that the lowest bid amount must be more than Rs 100. The investors applying for the auction can deposit the bid amount in the account number 0010000132001 of the NIDC Capital Market Limited. NCM Merchant Banking Limited is the issue manager for this auction which is located at Kamapokhari, Kathmandu. The last trading price of Oriental Hotel stood at Rs 620 yesterday, September 13, 2015.
