Oriental Hotel (OHL) Calls AGM on Ashwin 13; What are the Agendas?

Oriental Hotel Limited (OHL) has called its 25th AGM on 13th Ashwin, 2079. The meeting will be held in the Rastriya Sabha Griha (City Hall), Kathmandu, via ZOOM app, starting at 11 am that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorse the annual report of the fiscal year 2078/79.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PNL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
4) Misc.

Books will be closed from Bhadra 31 to Ashwin 13. Investors maintained before Bhadra 31 can attend the AGM.
