NRB is auctioning treasury bills worth Rs 1050 on Baisakh 10, 2076; Auction to be held on Baisakh 09 at 3 PM

Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) is auctioning Treasury Bills worth Rs. 1050 crore on Baisakh 09, 2076 (April 22, 2019) at 3 PM. The bills will be issued on Baisakh 10, 2076.

The Rastra Bank is issuing treasury bills with two different maturity periods i.e. 91 days and 182 days. T-bills with 91 days maturity period are worth Rs. 550 crore and T-bills with 182 days maturity are worth Rs. 500 crore.

The maturity of these T-bills are on Shrawan 07, 2076 and Kartik 05, 2076 respectively.

Out of the total offered amount, 15% is reserved for non-competitive bidders. Interested bidders can place their bids through Online Bidding System (OBS) only.

The issue manager is NRB Public Debt Management Department and the bid forms can be submitted on https://obss.nrb.org.np/pd.

NRB had issued repo worth Rs 15 arba on Baisakh 06, 2076.
