NMB Sulav Investment Fund-1 NAV surges to Rs 13.40; highest investment in Nepal Doorsanchar

NMB Sulav Investment Fund – 1 (NMBSF-1) a closed-end 5 years mutual fund scheme promoted by NMB Bank Limited, and operated by the bank’s subsidiary NMB Capital Limited, has reported rise in net asset value (NAV). The fund’s NAV rose to Rs. 13.40 at the end of Poush, which is a slight increase over Rs 11.89 reported at the end of Mangsir. The mutual scheme which began with a total fund of Rs 75 crore, has invested Rs 64.84 crore in the listed share of total 75 listed companies and Rs 11.37 crore in public issues, right and bonus share. The fund has mobilized Rs 75 crore in fixed deposits. Out of its total investment in listed shares, NMB Sulav Investment Fund – 1has bought 38, 140 unit shares, the highest shares of Nepal Doorsanchar Company Limited. The last traded price (LTP) of NMBSF-1 stood at Rs 9.90 as on January 14, 2016.
