NMB Microfinance runs a Microfinance operation training camp

NMB Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NMBMF) has started a training camp on Sunday to educate new employees on running micro finance programs. The training is said to last for 2 days. “There is an impending need to develop the Micro finance Sector as it uplifts the economic and social status of women of the rural areas,” the company said in a statement, “Moreover, the training will inform the participants on the status of financial institutions, current scenario of Micro finance sector in Nepal, requisites for working in the Micro finance sector, challenges and problems faced and solutions.” 28 new trainees along with head of Central Office and other department heads and employees participated in the training.
