NMB Microfinance organized microfinance vocational training in Pokhara

Mr. Tirtha Ratna Konajo, Cheif Executive Officer of NMB Microfinance Limited on Bhadra 11, 2074 has inaugurated a vocational training program at Hotel Star Rabi, Pokhara. 2 days vocational training is organized for the new field employees with the aim to give them an in-depth understanding of the microfinance industry. Mr. Konajo while speaking to an audience of more than 50 participants in the given program has highlighted about overall microfinance industry, from its very inception in Nepal to its current scenario where competition is very intense in cities, whereas, in the far reaching places of Himalayan, Hilly and Terai region there is a minimum participation from microfinance companies. This vocational training will provide an insight on required skills, work ethic, and job understanding for all the 48 participants in the program.
