NMB Capital to Issue "NMB Sulav Investment Fund - II" Mutual Fund Scheme From Shrawan 26

NMB Capital Limited has published an offer letter to issue the "NMB Sulav Investment Fund - II." The issue will open on 26th Shrawan and close on 31st Shrawan, 2079. If not subscribed fully by the early closing date, the issue can be extended till Bhadra 09.

14% of the total 12 crores units i.e 1,68,00,000 units will be allocated to the fund promoter NMB Bank whereas 1% i.e 12 lakh units will be allocated to the fund manager NMB Capital. The remaining 10.2 crore units will be open for the public issue. Given that each unit has a par value of Rs. 10, the fund is worth Rs. 1.2 Arba.

Applicants apply for a minimum of 100 units to a maximum of 1.2 crore units.

"NMB Sulav Investment Fund - II" is a closed-end fund, meaning it can be traded in NEPSE. The fund has a maturity period of 10 years. As of now, NMB Capital is managing two closed-end funds i.e NMB Hybrid Fund L- 1 (NMBHF1) and NMB 50 (NMB50), and one open-end fund i.e NMB Saral Bachat Fund - E (NMBSBF) in the market.
