NMB Capital Distributing Cash Dividend of Its Mutual Funds Unitholders

NMB Capital Limited is distributing 21.05263% cash dividend of “NMB Hybrid Fund L-1” and "NMB 50" closed end mutual fund schemes, directly to the bank accounts of its respective unit holders. The distribution of the mutual funds' dividend will commence from 9th Bhadra i.e. from today onwards.

NMB Capital Limited had proposed a 21.05263% cash dividend for NMB Hybrid Fund L- 1 (NMBHF1) and NMB 50 (NMB50) each. This is the dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79.

Shrawan 31 was the book closure date for both the funds' dividends. Thus, unit holders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout

For those who have not authenticated their bank account in their Demat accounts and for those who have not dematerialized their shares, the cash dividend will be distributed only after they complete the necessary procedure.
