NMB Bank introduces fully digitalized “Complete Self Service Banking”

NMB Bank has signed an agreement with Singapore based digital banking service provider Bank Genie Ptv. Ltd. The agreement was signed jointly by Mr. Sunil KC, Chief Executive Officer, NMB Bank and Mr. Ram Kumar Sarma, Chief Executive Officer, Bank Genie Pte.  Ltd. As per the press release published by the bank today, the signing of the agreement advances NMB Bank in its Digitalization drive, whereby the Bank shall now be able to offer a tablet based smart teller solution, which is a complete and unique 'Self Service Banking' solution on its own. 20170726_160056 (2) Sunil KC, CEO of the bank said “The Bank believes in providing innovative services to its client base and introduction of this state of the art “Self Service Banking” in Nepal using the digital platform is expected to enhance customer experiences and position the Bank uniquely in the industry.”, Mr. Ram kumar Sarma, CEO, Bank Genie said “We at Bank-Genie are happy that we could associate with NMB to offer a digital solution to enhance customer service and customer satisfaction. The users of these services will be able to choose and prefix the time for their visit to the Bank and complete all preliminaries beforehand conveniently from the comfort of their homes. They have to just step into bank branch and walk out in a minute. NEPAL is the fifth country in which BANK GENIE has associated with Banks and financial Institutions in digitalization of Bank Branch Functions and bringing in financial inclusion using technology.
