NMB 50 Mutual Fund approved by SEBON; NMB capital to issue 12 crore units

Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved the 'NMB 50 Fund' worth Rs 1.2 arba. The scheme will be floating 12 crore unit shares each at a par value of Rs 10 per share.
The trustee of the Fund is NMB Bank Limited, while the fund manager is NMB capital.
Currently two Mutual Funds of NMB capital are in market. They are NMB Hydrid Fund L-1 (NMBHF1) and NMB Sulav Investment FUnd - 1 (NMBSF1). Their NAV as of Baisakh 2076 stands at Rs 11.09 and Rs 12.08 respectively.
