Nirdhan Utthan Bank changes name to Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha

Nirdhan Utthan Bank Limited (NUBL) has changed name of the company.
As per the notice published by the microfinance company today, the decision of 19th AGM of the company conducted on Poush 29th, 2074 to change the name to “Nirdha Utthan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited” has been approved by the Office of Company Registrar (OCR) on Jestha 29th, 2075. All the assets and liabilities in the name of Nirdhan Utthan Bank will now be responsibilities of Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha.
