NIC Asia auctioning unsold 4.33 lakh unit shares at Rs 100 & above from yesterday (Shrawan 6); Bidders must bid for minimum 100 units

NIC Asia Bank Limited (NICA) is auctioning its ordinary right shares and promoter right share to the general public from Shrawan 6, 2073 (yesterday).
As per the notice published by the bank today, the bank is selling 55 units of promoter right share and 4,33,901 units ordinary share after the rights shares issued on Jestha 13, 2072 were not fully subscribed by the investors. The bank had offered right shares at the ratio of 4:1.
The auction will last till Shrawan 20, 2073. The bid will open to conclude the auction on Shrawan 21, 2073 at 11:00 AM.
Bidders must quote a minimum price of Rs 100 per unit, which means that the lowest bid amount must be more than Rs 100.
Interested bidders must bid for a minimum of 100 units of share or maximum they can apply digit that can be divided by 10.
Civil Capital Market Limited is the issue manager for this auction.
The bank has urged the interested bidders to submit their bids by 3:00 PM till Shrawan 20 at the Civil Capital located at Kathmandu Plaza, Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
The investors applying for the auction can deposit the bid amount in the account name Civil Capital Markets Limited Right Share Bid and account number 00949265240004 of NIC Asia Bank Limited located at Thapathali, Kathmandu.
Its last traded price stood at Rs 890 as on July 21 , 2016.
NICA had earned a net profit of Rs. 1.07 arba in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73.
