NIC Asia refunding non-allottees of auction tomorrow through direct bank transfer

NIC Asia Capital Limited, issue manager for auction of 2.98 lakh units unclaimed right shares of NIC Asia Bank (NICA), is refunding money to the non-allottees from tomorrow (Asadh 15, 2074). As per the notice published today, the non-allottees will have their money refunded directly to the bank accounts. NICA had auctioned 2,98,536 units unclaimed ordinary shares from Asadh 1 to Asadh 8, 2074 after the right shares issued from to were not fully subscribed. The cutoff price was set at Rs 411 per share. NICA has earned net profit of Rs 1.13 arba in the third quarter of the FY 2073/74. Its last traded closing price stood at Rs 442 as of yesterday (Asadh 14, 2074).
