"NIC Asia Flexi CAP Fund" and "Kumari Dhanabriddhi Yojana" Now Listed in NEPSE

10.20 crore units of "NIC Asia Flexi CAP Fund (NICFC)" have been listed in NEPSE.

The public issue of "NIC Asia Flexi CAP Fund" was recently allotted to applicants. The issue had opened on 19th Jestha and closed on 25 Jestha, 2079, at the end of banking hours.

"NIC Asia Flexi CAP Fund" is a closed-end fund, meaning it can be traded in NEPSE. The fund has a maturity period of 7 years. 10 crore units were issued at a par value of Rs. 10 per unit. Out of the total issue, 15% of the total units i.e. 1.50 crore units worth Rs. 15 crores have been allocated to the fund sponsor NIC Asia Bank Limited and to the fund manager Nic Asia Capital Limited.

Despite the fact that the fund's initial issuance size was intended to be 10 crore units, the fund has now been resized to 102% of its original size due to the oversubscription, making the total units of the fund to be 10.2 crore units.

Similarly, 12,25,07,259 units of "Kumari Dhanabriddhi Yojana (KDBY)" have been listed in NEPSE.

The public issue of "Kumari Dhanabriddhi Yojana" was recently allotted to applicants. The issue had opened on 12th Jestha and closed on 26th Jestha, 2079, at the end of banking hours.

“Kumari Dhanabriddhi Yojana” is a closed-end fund, meaning it can be traded in NEPSE. The fund has a maturity period of 10 years. 85% of the total issue i.e. 10.20 crore units was opened for the general public the and remaining 15% i.e 1.8 crore units were kept as seed capital for sponsor Kumari Bank Limited and fund manager Kumari Capital Limited. The total issue for this scheme was 12,00,00,000 units worth Rs 1.2 Arba and the per-unit cost was Rs 10.

The fund has now been resized to 102.09% of its original size due to the oversubscription, making the total units of the fund to be 12.25 crore units.

According to Kumari Capital, the fund promoter company Kumari Bank Limited allotted a total of 1,83,76,089 units worth Rs 18.37 crore, while the remaining 10,41,31,170 units were distributed to other applicants.
