NIC Asia Capital announces 3rd AGM on Ashwin 8, 2076; to endorse 11% cash dividend including tax

The 64^th BOD meeting of NIC Asia Capital Limited has decided that the 3^rd AGM of the merchant bank will be held on Ashwin 8, 2076 (September 25, 2019) at the registered office of NIC Asia Capital, Thapathali from 9 AM onwards.

The agenda of the AGM is to endorse audited financial highlights of FY 75/76 and appoint statutory auditor for FY 76/77. The AGM will also endorse decision to distributed 11% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs.2.20 Crore for the shareholders out of profits of FY 75/76.

The merchant bank had previously issued 7.36% cash dividend out of profits of FY 74/75.
