NIC ASIA Bank to promote digital banking service during ongoing Corona prevention campaign; providing free services to discourage big gatherings and paper currency use
Taking into consideration the growing threat of Coronavirus in the nation and to cooperate the corona prevention initiatives of the Nepal Government, NIC ASIA Bank is providing its digital banking services and the digital payment services under them free of cost until the further notice.

As per the media statement, the bank will provide mobile banking, internet banking, missed call banking, Viber banking, chat bod services free of cost where the customers can make payment to range of service providers without having to pay extra service charges.
Similarly, customers using bank’s Debit card will be able to use their cards free of cost at ATM booths of other banks, enquire their balance, withdraw cash free of cost during this period.
The bank has also informed that it will keep open all its branches, extension counters, ATM booths and digital banking platforms for the benefit of its valued customers. It has also urged the customers to reach out to the bank by calling in its toll free number १६६०–०१–७७७७१, giving missed call at ९८०१२२७७५५, sending SMS at ३४४८८, and through Facebook chat board and calling directly to complain desk officer at ९८४०१६३६९९.
The bank currently provides its services to its strong customer base from its 319 branches, 459 ATM terminals, 108 extension counters and 61 branchless banking units throughout the nation.
